Hey, I joined today! Really surprised at how many anthros and canines there are. But it's okay:) I mostly draw humans though.  I'm glad there's a thread for this. |

He's still in the WIP stage but he is a skilled fighter at a mixed-martial art of stick fighting/wrestling thats done in the local villages, he's a crowd favorite but plays dirty LOL  |

YELLS ok so like i have like five human characters in my character thread rn and i love them all they are my sons. i wish i was better at drawing them though haha.
i rlly am trying to develop them better n make them feel like realy peopl yknow? like character building is my passion

Both of my characters in my character listing are human/humanoid (one is an elf). I love them both so much man. They're in a relatively technologically advanced fantasy world (closest equivalent that comes to mind is Dreamfall Chapters but that has a somewhat different aesthetic) where the settings throughout the story vary from city to small old town to wooded areas because of the time and distance traveled. The girls run a shop together in the city and live together in the apartment upstairs. Niamh was adopted as a baby and never knew her real parents but is very close with her adoptive parents and, besides the occasional natural wondering, she doesn't really mind not knowing. Persephone's bio is pretty much on the character listing and her bio is longer on there not because I love her more or want people to draw her and Niamh is just an afterthought, it was just because Persephones info was more relevant to the premade info list than was Niamh's. So. But yes I love them and hope you love them too.
This is such a gr9 thread because, while I am going to stretch my comfort zone to try and draw at least one character that's anthropomorphized, drawing humans is like. What I'm definitely most comfortable skill-wise with doing. All the previous posts made here are so cool! Dude everyone is so creative.
